Delete your account

You can start deletion directly in the mobile app or from your secured web profile.

Mobile: sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm the warning.
Web: sign in, open your profile and use Delete account.

What is deleted?

Your profile data and images, ZBuddy profile and interests, active sessions, and push token are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Transaction and ticket records that must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes remain linked only to an anonymised account.
